Over the course of more than fifteen years I have been developing skills that allow me to initiate a bridge between people and technology. This set of skills requires a special touch both with computers, and with people. My drive for success shows through with every customer interaction. Excellent service makes me an asset to any company. Outstanding levels of knowledge make me an IT professional capable of propelling any businesses forward.
I am Comptia A+ certified. I am very experienced with Window Server 2003 (R2, SBS, and Enterprise), SQL Server, Exchange Server, all Windows operating systems from DOS 6 through Windows 7. I am well acquainted with Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2000, and several distributions of Linux including Ubuntu, Fedora, Mandriva, and Knoppix. I currently maintain a Windows 2003 SBS server that hosts my internal domain, mail server including web mail, standard websites, forum web sites, ecommerce sites, and DotNetNuke web sites.
Currently I am working on and deploying several complex networks of websites and Content Management Systems. I also developed simple applications and some code in .NET, PHP, and HTML, and worked extensively with WOWZA/Flash streaming media platforms in both Flash, and H.264. I have a strong background in multimedia, layout, design, Adwords, and SEO work. I combine all of the above skills to provide well rounded web and IT solutions for multiple companies.
I enjoy my work in the world of IT and am excited to improve and broaden my skills. I look forward to the future of technology and being a part of shaping it. I was recruited for my experience with web based development and the DotNetNuke platform. My time with NetDirectMedia was spent developing user friendly web based multimedia and social networking platforms. I spent a great deal of time creating interactive online class delivery platforms. My position dealt specifically with setup and deployment of Windows Server 2003/2008, and Fedora Linux v8-v11 Server as well as development of applications on those platforms. I was responsible for the companies’ entire technological backend as well as implementing a number of web based front end systems. After several months of development it became apparent that my service would be continually needed and my vision invaluable, thus I was made a primary share holder and corporate secretary for the company. Today, in addition to my daily activities, I travel around the country helping to demonstrate and promote our multimedia, content delivery, and web content management systems at various conferences and trade conventions.
2008- 2010 Decision Point Center Prescott, AZ
Server Administrator / IT Department
I came onboard with Decision Point at a crucial time in which a new server was to be deployed. Their old system was outdated and corrupted. Initially I fixed the old deployment before I migrated the entire company over to a new server system. My day to day activities included checking IT infrastructure security, and security based procedures, email server administration, and website updates. I was also in charge of new employee training and orientation, and equipment audits. I maintained servers, End user computers, Routers, Patch Boards, PBX/IP Telephone Systems, and Internet Equipment. I was also responsible for Finding, testing and ordering new IT based solutions.

Owner/Head Technician
I started Aztech Computers to better serve my customers that were disappointed with the quality of service provided by some of the other local computer shops. At my customers’ request I opened my own business which specializes in customer service, and satisfaction. Every aspect of the business was created and operated by me. I was responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting several server based computer setups for several large local businesses. I also built, fixed, and maintained computers for individuals and small businesses. In addition to my clients setups I also ran my own server responsible for hosting multiple websites, several office computers, Terminal Services, email, Active Directory, Sharepoint services, and a host of multimedia services for my own networks and the internet. On top of my work with computers I was responsible for advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, and business planning for my business. I also developed a series of classes and presentations to help demonstrate the power of some of the setups I was able to provide, and help people quickly, and easily take advantage of these setups. In April of 2010 the business was sold to another local computer company as I was relocating.
2007 Prescott Computers/Tri-City Computers Prescott, AZ
PC Head Technician
At Prescott Computers I was brought in not only for my PC repair skills but also for my management skill in order to help organize and grow the business. I was in charge of the retail store front as well as the in-store computer repairs. Responsibilities included inventory and parts ordering, customer service, PC building, PC repair, diagnosis, software installation, job scheduling, store opening/closing, store organization, and store layout. During busy periods I would also handle onsite service calls.

As a manager my responsibilities included stock control, personnel management, and overseeing the sales floor. During my time here the owner moved out of town, leaving myself and my two co-managers to run the entire restaurant. I then became directly responsible for check writing, food orders, budget management, payroll, scheduling, food quality control, customer complaints, and staffing. I was also responsible for creative solutions, recovery from any disasters, and resolving any issues involved with the floor or kitchen.

This was a small business I started in order to do computer sales and repair. Networking to build clients, It started from little favors I did for friends and turned into a functional small business with a very loyal following of customers. I worked independently doing everything from repairing smashed laptops, small office networking, to custom building computers for businesses and individuals.

In this position I was a specialty salesperson in charge of the technology oriented side of the store. I was tasked with understanding, selling, and supporting products such as computers, printers, fax machines, and cameras. Companies like Hewlett Packard, Epson, Toshiba, and Corel often came to give me special training in the functionality, and administration of their products. Due to the technical nature of modern devices an intricate knowledge of the complicated internals of my products was also required not only to answer sales questions but also to verify the integrity of products returned to the store.

As an electronic sales associate my responsibilities included consumer electronics sales, and returns. I was tasked with helping customers understand the different features of assorted computers, TVs, stereos, and other electronic equipment. I also stocked and maintained my department’s daily inventory.
